Enid has a very diverse demographic makeup. Our community has a large number of well educated, young families that come to our community through Vance Air Force Base and manufacturing in support of our rich agricultural and energy resources. As a result of our quality healthcare and other facilities available for senior citizens, we also have a strong retired community.

In our trade area of 129,356 people, 25% are between the ages of 25-44, and the median age is 39. The average household family income in 2009 is $60,861 and 73% of the homes are owner occupied. The Enid Public School’s student population has grown consistently over the past decade which speaks to the fact that young families are attracted to our community for its quality of life and because it’s a great place to raise children.
